Matt Wesson · CEO & Founder
With over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and commerce, Matt established Wesson & Co. to bridge the gap between corporate-level infrastructure and bespoke consultancy.
Having spent 12 years managing high-stakes corporate retail IT and a further 6 years directing technology for a prominent UK hotel and spa group, he brings a depth of operational knowledge rarely found in managed services.
Wesson & Co. was founded to bring that experience to businesses that want reliable technology, clear advice and an IT partner that understands the commercial impact of the decisions being made.
IT has always been a human endeavour. By putting people first and focusing on the relationship, the technology naturally follows.

Working closely with both clients and the wider team, James takes ownership of complex issues, project delivery and ongoing technical improvements, helping to keep your operation running smoothly and reliably behind the scenes.
Chloe Alexander

With a strong understanding of SME environments, Chloe helps coordinate technical delivery, manage priorities, and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively, keeping businesses running smoothly without disruption. She works closely with clients to understand how their teams operate day to day, ensuring IT support is aligned to the business, not the other way around.
